Charlestowne Grant is a private, very exclusive oceanfront community. Each of the homesites is laid out to maximize ocean and marsh views. Beach access is easy with a crossing over the dunes between every two oceanfront sites. Plus, you have access to the Charlestowne Grant community swimming pool, community tennis courts, pickleball courts, and bike and jogging trails.
Only “No Leak” approved swim diapers are allowed in the pool.
Golf carts are NOT permitted in Charlestowne Grant.
Motorcycles, jet skis, RVs, campers, trailers, and trailered boats are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea.
Pets are not allowed by guests in Litchfield By The Sea.
Companies providing beach chair, umbrella set-up, or tent set-up will not be allowed to utilize any Charlestowne Grant property to conduct their business activities including but not limited to beach drop off, set-up, take down, and/or storage of materials (Charlestowne Grant property includes the neighborhood roads and the beach crossovers to the dunes)
