Wonderful House!
This beautiful house has it all. It is located on a lovely stretch of beach in North Litchfield. The screened-in back porch has wonderful views of the ocean, and plenty of seating. There is always a pleasant breeze on the back porch, which makes it a perfect gathering spot, or a great place to snooze in the roomy hammock. The kitchen is by far the most well-equipped of the dozen houses we have stayed in during our 34 years of having family reunions at North Litchfield Beach. There is a large dining area adjacent to the kitchen, and a comfortable family room for relaxing. The bedrooms are beautiful, and two of the bedrooms have been recently renovated and redecorated with gorgeous furnishings, including a 75 inch TV in a queen-bed room that not only has a day bed, but now also has an extra single bed that folds out of a custom piece of furniture. All the beds are supremely comfortable, with premium bedding. I sleep better in Princess and Pirates than in my own house! There is plenty of parking, both under the house and in front of the house. There are 2 outdoor showers - including a roomy private shower under the house. The owners really take care of their guests. There are so many special touches. Of course, the Dunes staff is wonderful, and has been a mainstay of quality in the many years we have been visiting the Pawleys Island area.

It was beautiful! We stayed here many years ago and the redecoration and upgraded kitchen was awesome. We love it here - family tradition.
