Hamilton 401 is a great property, it is a little tired, but overall it is very comfortable. Next year will be our third year renting. As we told the rental company, the toilets in guest bathrooms need to be replace. They are the original toilets circa late 1980's. I would highly recommend this property to rent. Also, the balcony/deck is a huge feature. Wonderful place to have coffee in the mornings.

We were very happy that the owners allowed us to rent the week before our normal week, so we could celebrate my 65th birthday, with family, on the beach!

All contact with DBHR has friendly and efficient. My stay ended on 8/20 and on 8/22 I used DBHR to reserve another property in September. The best linens of any property I have ever rented.
