The staff were wonderful and so responsive. I really appreciate how quickly they handled any issues we had and that they answered all the questions I had along the way! The bags of ice in the freezers and the extra propane tank were nice touches! We love the beach itself. It is clean and not crowded. We also love the community and the surrounding area. There are great restaurants and shopping and just enough to do to not be bored.

Outstanding
Communication was excellent! Perhaps a "check-in" email the day before arrival would be helpful, but we got all necessary info & confirmation in a timely manner. Excellent service! Kay was absolutely outstanding - polite & professional, and was able to get us into our home early after a long 16 hour drive!
