An amazing beautiful house that's equipped with everything you will need to stay for the week! Except food of course....
Amy the house keeper was exceptionally polite and Interacted with our family including small children. Honestly there is nothing I would change about this house but I would add one additional item: It would be nice to have a safe, a locked safe in each room! AND a locked cabinet for alcohol. ????

This is by far the most well-equipped rental home in which we have ever stayed. In addition, the personal property managers, Mick & Amy, ensure your stay is 100% satisfactory. We will definitely return and would highly recommend both Dunes Rentals and, specifically, this property.

We just loved the comfort of the home. Here are the things that I appreciate the most. Nice linens and good pillows. Homeowners need to understand their guests are staying for a long time and nothing worse than a bad bed. That is how Westin built back market share. I also liked not having to buy EVERYTHING. For example, I hate having to buy cleaning products knowing they will just likely be thrown out. When we arrived, there was dish soap, laundry detergent etc. there that we could use. I have no problem buying new and leaving for the next guest. Just think it is ridiculous tenants have to buy each week.

The house was magnificent and the attention to detail was wonderful. Our family enjoyed every aspect of the house and the amenities offered. I don't know if we will ever revisit as our grandchildren are getting older and more difficult to \round up\" for a family vacation. However

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 72 Seaside. There were enough rooms, beds and baths to easily accomodate us and the kitchen was a dream! We do most of our cooking while on vacation. The caretaker for this home was wonderful and responded quickly to our questions. Having a pool was a delight for all of us! We're already looking forward to our stay next year!

72 Seaside is by far the best house on North Litchfield Beach. It's endless amenities, perfect location and attentive staff make it a vacation paradise. The home is filled with automation and electronics and I was nervous about our ability to use them without causing damage. And, having a caretaker around the premises every day was also a change from the houses we've rented on this beach for the previous 22 years.
