All condominiums are equipped with central heat and air; a kitchen including coffee pot, toaster, microwave, and blender; living and dining area; and balcony off living room.
Children not toilet-trained, in diapers or swim diapers are not allowed in the pool. Children in swim diapers may use kiddie pool ONLY.
Motorcycles, jet skis, RVs, campers, trailers, and trailered boats are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea.
Pets are not allowed by guests in Litchfield By The Sea.
