This is what we look for in a beach stay. The convenience is its as-close-as-you-can-get location to the beach and pool, wonderful ocean view from its porch, its placement in a wonderful gated community with extras, near shopping, good eating of all types and places you like to visit and enjoy. The condo itself is clean and comfortable in its furniture and attractive furnishings. The thing we did feel bad about was having to leave at the end of our stay.
