From the beginning to the end, this property and it's owners were spot on. A little confusion at the gate and a little noise from construction next door, but the wonderful experience and condition of the property made us overlook any glitches. The back entrance to the beach and pool made easy access even easier! The pool is so close and so is the beach! This was the first time that our family stayed on the beach most of the time. Loved how easy it was to get to the car as well. Everything we needed was in the property. Loved how close we were to the grocery store. Bike riding galore! I wanna go back now!

You cannot go wrong with this beach stay! It is perfection. Steps from the ocean, your morning coffee is perfection just sitting on the deck. Bring your bikes and enjoy the gorgeous ride all the way to Huntington Beach State Park. Walk the beach for miles. The entire resort is meticulously groomed with swaying palm trees and flowers blooming everywhere and water features galore. So many nearby restaurants doing takeout during Covid and we didn't miss anything. Dinner on the deck every evening was perfection! If you forget anything, Bi-Lo and a well-stocked liquor store are across 17. Come prepared to relax. This is the place!!!

A wonderful home away from home for the weekend. Only steps from the ocean or pool. We enjoyed walking on the beach every morning. Quiet building in November. Newell was more than helpful with anything. Easy to get in etc. Three bedrooms with three full baths was so convenient. Very close to the elevator so wonderful for handicap. We had a 4 year old and 1.5 year old with us and my older one loved the room with twin beds! Very toddler safe condo too. I squeezed a pack n play in the second guest room easily for my little. We didn't cook elaborate meals but the kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This condo was wonderful. We enjoyed the location so much. We were on the first floor above the garage. The parking space was near the elevator which was near our front door. Our balcony had a private stairway to the ground level, and our parking space was very close. Therefore, we could climb the stairs from the garage. Also, the pools and hot tub were close to our balcony, and the stairway made an easy access when going to the pool. The condo was near the beach access as well. It was such a convenient location! The condo had everything we needed. It was quiet and clean, and the owner left us a wonderful gift card to Kudzu Bakery. The pie and cookies were great!! Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality and for allowing us to check in early too! You're the best!

The location to beach was perfect. Condo was Clean and had all the comforts of home. A ton of grocery stores nearby to pick up food. Pool was perfect. Back steps that led right down to parking spot were perfect for loading and unloading. Would definitely go back!

This condo is spotless, updated, and perfect for any group. The stairs to the ground, designated parking, and elevator make it very convenient for loading and unloading the car and exploring the beach! We will be back!

We loved everything about this condo. To start, it is clean and cozy. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was very convenient. The pictures from the listing don't do it justice for the actual ocean views from the condo. The back of the condo is floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. These continue into the master bedroom. The balcony is spacious with beautiful views of the ocean and pool. The grounds are beautiful. You really do feel like you are in a tropical paradise with all of the palm trees, flowers and greenery. This condo is close to all shops, restaurants and grocery stores. You have everything you need within a few miles. One of the things we loved most was the fact that you have to have a pass to enter and leave. Litchfield isn't just open to anyone. With 4 kids, this was a great surprise for us b/c we felt safe at all times. We would recommend and plan to return ourselves.

We loved your condo! Beautifully decorated, perfectly stocked, and sparkling clean! This was our annual Christmas shopping weekend. We loved the condo so much we cut our shopping time so we could take advantage of the hot tub, beach, and sitting on the deck! Thanks for maintaining such a great place.
