The house was very roomy and has a nice location. We have rented through Dunes for several years and have been very pleased with responses to all questions regarding the rental property.

Great place for the family
My wife and our 2 kids stayed here March 19-26 and had a wonderful week. They aren’t kidding when they say the beach is just a minute walk away… like actually 60 seconds. Beach is extremely clean which is great also. Plenty of restaurants within a couple miles and Myrtle Beach has tons of family things to do if you want to drive 20 minutes north.
The house has 4 suites all of which have their own full bathrooms which is nice. There kitchen has everything you’d need to cook for the family and plenty of space for groceries as desired.
My young kids also very much liked the original LPs that are left to use if you’d like. My wife and I found that to be very cool and our kids who’d never seen vinyl liked learning how they worked and listening to the music!
We will definitely be back! Maybe next time with another family.

Wonderful visit to South Dunes house!
We stayed in the house Oct 16 through the 23rd. Our son and girlfriend joined us. The house was exactly as pictured and described. It has a wonderful floor plan, very spacious and well appointed. We had plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. It was clean and had everything we needed. We cooked often in the kitchen.
It is in a fantastic location. Walked right to the beach in just a minute. The beach was clean and beautiful. We walked for miles north and south. Fun looking for shells. Amazing sunrises and sunsets! Close to everthing, including grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoyed The Claw House, Lee's Inlet Kitchen and Hanser House.
The beds were very comfortable and showers had good pressure and nice hot water.
It is in a gated community which is very quiet and safe. We rode bikes to Brookgreen gardens and just around the community too. Close to Myrtle Beach and the airport. Close to Georgetown, where we did a Lighthouse and Seashell Island Tour. On the boat ride we saw dolphins, and eagles.
We can't say enough about our stay in the house. Very relaxing and peaceful. We highly recommend a stay here!:)
