This four-building seaside sanctuary offers a chance to get away from it all amid the unspoiled, uncrowded beaches at Litchfield. The original Sandpiper A and B buildings flank the two Crescent buildings. Sandpiper Run A units are townhouse style. All other building units are on one level. All the buildings surround their community pool with spa and kiddie pool. Restroom facilities are conveniently located at the pool complex. Guests have access to the community tennis courts, pickleball courts, bike and jogging trails, on-site charcoal grills, and picnic tables.
All condominiums are equipped with central heat and air; a kitchen including coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, and blender; living room and dining area; washer and dryer; and balconies off the living room and master bedroom.
Children who are not toilet-trained, in diapers or swim diapers, are not allowed in the larger pool and spa. Children in swim diapers may use the kiddie pool ONLY.
Pets are not allowed by guests in Litchfield By The Sea.
Motorcycles, jet skis, RVs, campers, trailers, and trailered boats are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea.
